Refund

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer has the right to a refund or exchange for another product. The amount of goods paid is returned to the buyer upon receipt of the product, which he returns due to the withdrawal from the contract, provided that it is established that the product is undamaged, i.e. correct.

The trader is obliged to return to the consumer without delay the amount paid by the consumer under the contract, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal, i.e. from the receipt of the product that the buyer returns due to the withdrawal from the contract.

The cost of returning goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the buyer received a defective or incorrect item.

Refund procedure

In order to make a refund, we need the following information:

  • Your personal data;
  • Purchase invoice number (you received the invoice with the purchased product);
  • The dinar current account number, to which funds will be paid (in case the payment was made by cash on delivery);

Refunds are made exclusively by payment to a dinar current account when the payment was made by cash on delivery.
In case the payment was made by payment card, the refund is made by payment to the account from which the payment was made.
Refunds cannot be requested by going to any of the retail stores that cooperate with Harmonia Technologies.
