Can I order goods over the phone?

Ordering goods is done through the website (not possible by phone), but it is possible to order goods through social networks. Goods ordered through social networks can only be paid for by cash on delivery. You can find more information about ordering through the site on the “How to buy” page.

How do I know that I have successfully ordered an item through the website?

When you make a successful purchase through our website, you will be shown a page with the order number and a message that you have successfully ordered. You will also receive an email with all the information about your order.

How do I pay for the ordered product?

Payment for goods ordered through the site can be made by cash on delivery – when picking up the goods, only in cash;

Do I pay the shipping costs and how much?

If the value of your order is over RSD 5,000, delivery is free . If they are below the mentioned sums, the postage costs are borne by the buyer and they amount to 240 dinars including VAT.

Is there a possibility of replacement?

When shopping online, if the item you ordered is unsuitable, it is possible to exchange it for another one, if we have it in stock or for another item from our assortment. If the product you ordered has arrived. but you still exchange or return the item, the return costs are borne by you.
