Payment by cash on delivery
Cash on delivery means payment of the amount from the account when picking up the shipment.
Payment can only be made in cash, in dinars (RSD), to the courier who delivered your order.
Delivery
The place of delivery of the ordered goods must be located on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.
Delivery of products ordered on the website djubrivozacvece.rs is carried out by the courier service “YU – PD Express” doo. Belgrade – D Express, on the territory of the Republic of Serbia, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., to the address of the recipient of the shipment.
In case there are several items on the purchase order, there is a high probability that we do not have all the items in one place, which is why you will receive the order in several shipments.
After processing the order, you will receive a notification about the status of the order to your e-mail address.
Delivery time
According to the Law on Consumer Protection, Article 32 – the trader is obliged to deliver the goods within 30 days from the day of the conclusion of the distance contract and the contract concluded outside the business premises.
The estimated delivery time is up to 3 working days.
The delivery time may be longer than the above (3 working days), in extraordinary cases such as large crowds, pandemics, road impassability
in case of bad weather etc.
The courier service is obliged to deliver as efficiently as possible in accordance with its capabilities and business capacities.
Taking over the shipment by the customer
Courier service “YU – PD Express” doo. Belgrade – D Express delivers shipments between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. During that period, you must be available on the phone number specified when creating the order, and there must be a person at the address who can collect the shipment. The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. If you are not at the address during the first delivery attempt, the courier will call you to arrange a new delivery date. If you are not found at the address the second time, the shipment will be returned to us.
When picking up the shipment, it is recommended that you visually inspect the package. If you notice that the package is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product is also damaged, refuse to receive the shipment and notify us immediately by e-mail at harmotech.rs@gmail.com or by calling 060-645244
Delivery price
For all orders whose value is equal to or greater than RSD 5,000, delivery is free.
The price of delivery for shipments whose value is below 5,000 RSD is 240 RSD including VAT.
