How to choose a product
Ordering is done exclusively by filling out the form on the website provided for that.
Ordering by phone is not possible.
When you select the desired product, on the page of that product you will find all the information necessary for the purchase, such as photos, price, description, specification, comments. If the product suits you and you want to buy it, you can do so by clicking the “Add to cart” button.
Shopping cart
If you have decided to buy by placing the products in the basket, you can always view the products in the basket by clicking on the basket icon located in the upper right corner of the site, and then by clicking on the “View basket” icon. Once in your cart, you can empty your cart, update your cart, continue shopping, or proceed to checkout.
Purchase process
Purchases are made as a guest.
In order to complete the purchase, you need to click the “Proceed to checkout” button in your basket.
Follow these steps:
- Shipping Address (Billing Information);
- Delivery information;
- Delivery method;
- Payment method;
- Order summary.
Shipping Address (Billing Information)
Enter billing information here.
The billing information contains the orderer’s data:
e-mail address, first name, last name, address, country, city, postal code, phone number.
Delivery information
The shipment can be delivered to the name of another person, as well as to a different address from the customer’s address.
In that case, uncheck the field My payment and delivery addresses are the same, and enter the following information:
e-mail address, first name, last name, address, country, city, postal code, phone number.
Delivery method
Shipments are delivered by the courier service D-Express.
Payment method
To the consignee – payment in cash to the courier at the time of collection of the shipment;
Order summary
Review the order and make sure that all information is entered correctly.
In order to make a purchase, you must check I have read and accept the terms of use *, thereby confirming that you have read and fully agree to the specified terms of purchase.
By clicking on the Order button, you have completed the ordering process on the site, which you will receive a confirmation on the email address that you previously entered, with all the details of your order.
If the ordered products are available in stock, the estimated delivery time is up to 3 working days.
If the product is not available in stock, we will inform you in a timely manner.
